1. Delivery Area
We currently ship within South Africa only.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
2. Shipping Costs

Free Nationwide Shipping: Orders over R799

Free shipping does not apply to remote areas where additional courier fees may be required
Free shipping may not apply during promotional or sale periods.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been received and confirmed.

5. Courier Partners
We use trusted courier partners (such as The Courier Guy, Fastway, or similar services) for delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details are correct at checkout.

10. Failed Deliveries
Couriers typically attempt delivery more than once. If delivery fails:

The parcel may be returned to us

11. Lost or Stolen Parcels
Once your order has been handed to the courier, Shygol is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
We will assist in opening an investigation with the courier where necessary.
