Our products are formulated for a wide range of skin types. However, results may vary depending on your skin.
Do your products guarantee results?
No. Skincare results vary from person to person, and we do not guarantee specific results.
Should I do a patch test?
Yes. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before using any new skincare product.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within South Africa only.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is R89 nationwide.
We offer free shipping on orders over R799 (excluding remote areas).
How long does delivery take?
- Main areas: 3–5 business days
- Regional areas: 5–7 business days
- Remote areas: up to 7 business days or longer
Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?
No, we only deliver to physical addresses.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product?
Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Can I return opened skincare products?
No. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Do you offer refunds if I don’t like the product?
No. We do not offer refunds based on personal preference or dissatisfaction with results.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
Skin Reactions
What if I have a reaction to a product?
Discontinue use immediately and consult a medical professional if needed.
We are not responsible for adverse skin reactions.
Orders
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
What if I entered the wrong delivery address?
Please contact us immediately. If the order has already been shipped, additional charges may apply.
