Refund & Returns Policy

1. Returns Eligibility
We have a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused and unopened

  • The item must be in its original packaging (sealed and saleable condition)

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required


2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do NOT accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Products purchased on promotion or discount

  • Free gifts or samples


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we will:

  • Replace the product, OR

  • Issue a refund


4. Returns Process

If your return is approved:

  • You will receive instructions on how to return the item

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified if your refund is approved

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days

Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Bank processing times may vary


6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to replace a product:

  • Return the original item (if eligible)

  • Place a new order


7. Adverse Skin Reactions
Our products contain active skincare ingredients.

We recommend:

  • Performing a patch test before use

Shygol is not responsible for adverse skin reactions, and refunds will not be issued based on:

  • Skin sensitivity

  • Allergic reactions

  • Incorrect product usage

  • Personal preference or dissatisfaction with results

If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a medical professional.


8. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
